Vision & Team Meeting
This is where it all begins, getting to know you, your lifestyle, and what “home” truly means to you. We’ll discuss your goals, preferred style, budget range, and ideal timeline. It’s also your chance to learn about our design-build process and make sure we’re the right fit for your project.
Budget & Quote Review
We’ll review preliminary budgets and allowances to ensure expectations align. Our goal is transparency from the start, so you have a clear understanding of costs before moving forward.
Site Selection or Lot Evaluation
If you already own land, we’ll walk the site together to review grading, utilities, setbacks, and views. If you’re still looking, we can help identify the right property, one that supports your vision, budget, and meets all zoning and environmental requirements.
Concept & Design
Working closely with our designer and architect, we’ll craft a layout that blends beauty and practicality. Every detail, from flow and natural light to functionality and style ,is thoughtfully considered to create a space that feels uniquely yours.
Design Selections

Budget Review & Contract Finalization
Before construction begins, you’ll receive a detailed budget and finalized proposal. This step ensures complete clarity and confidence, no surprises along the way.
Permitting & Pre Construction
We’ll take care of all permits, engineering reviews, and HOA approvals. Meanwhile, our team prepares the site, schedules trades, and orders materials to set the stage for a smooth build.
Construction Begins
Your vision starts coming to life. From foundation and framing to finishes, we’ll keep you updated with progress photos, walkthroughs, and milestone check-ins throughout the build.
Final Walkthrough & Handover
Together, we’ll tour your completed home to review every detail and ensure it meets our shared expectations. You’ll receive warranty information, maintenance tips, and our ongoing support, because our relationship doesn’t end at handover.
